The Reese Project Basic Requirements

10' x 10' minimum stage area. 

Our requirements vary depending on the venue.  For playing at a smallish club, we bring our own PA equipment; all we need is access to electric nearby. 

For larger or outdoor sites, we're happy to use the sound man provided by the venue & work with the equipment provided. 

Flute:  Shure 57 or 58 (or better quality) mic, Goose-neck mic stand.  (we can bring this equipment). 

Cello:  Laurie brings her own bass amp & effects pedals.  She can either go direct or they can mic the amp.  To talk to the audience, she'll need a vocal mic (again, a Shure 58 or better quality is fine) & a goose-neck or a boom stand. 

Guitar:  mic the amp.

Drums:  Festivals usually supply their own kits, already mic'd.  If not, Aaron will bring his own kit.  To amplify it, we'd need 2 overhead mics & stands, and a bass drum mic with a short stand.

Lights:  we don't typically use a light show.  If the venue wants lights, they should provide them & someone to run them.
