Five masterful musicians brought jazz to the Manor at Market Square. Lots of toes were tapping as The Reese Project played its distinct brand of jazz. It's been dubbed "east coast cool."  Dozens of residents came out to hear the group as part of the 18th annual VF Outlet Berks Jazz Fest which is now in full swing, to say the least.
